Construction Timeline:  The National Park Service has issued our Construction Permit! 

Although we have been constructing the different elements of the memorial off-site for several years, construction on-site has begun.  

The Dedication Ceremony for the Desert Shield and Desert Storm Memorial will be on October 24, 2026.

March 2024

The raptor heads are being cast in stainless steel at a foundry in Colorado.

April 2024

We traveled to Italy for a site visit of the fabrication and carving progress.
