Construction Timeline:  We are anticipating the Desert Shield and Desert Storm Memorial to be completed and dedicated by Fall 2025. 

Although "construction" at 2300 Constitution Ave NW, Washington D.C. 20037 has not started yet, the work of constructing the memorial has been taking place for years.

March 2024

The raptor heads are being cast in stainless steel at a foundry in Colorado.

April 2024

We traveled to Italy for a site visit of the fabrication and carving progress.
